Shipping Liability Disclaimer

Applicable to all purchases from Brushed by Fire

All products are shipped from Newfoundland, Canada. Brushed by Fire is not responsible for any import duties, VAT, or additional customs fees charged upon delivery. This applies to all purchases - including but not limited to custom commissions, original works, and any other products listed for sale.

These charges are not included in your checkout total and are determined by the destination country’s customs authority. Some countries impose fees on packages exceeding certain values. If applicable, you’ll be contacted directly by customs or the courier (via email, phone, mail, or delivery notice). It is the customer’s responsibility to settle these fees. Failure to do so may lead to delivery delays, the return of the package to sender, or abandonment by the carrier.

Brushed by Fire does not issue refunds for packages refused due to unpaid customs charges or for any reason related to rejection upon delivery.

For insurance and customs purposes, all products are declared at their full purchase price. We cannot falsify or alter documentation under any circumstance.

 

 

Shipping Timelines

  1. Original Artwork
    Please allow up to 3 business days for your artwork to be sealed, dried, and packaged for shipping. Estimated shipping times:

  • Within Newfoundland: 3-5 business days

  • United States: 2-3 weeks

  • International: Up to 3 weeks (subject to customs clearance times)

If your destination is not available at checkout, it may be restricted by customs. Please contact me to confirm.

  1. Custom Artwork
    Custom orders follow the same schedule as original pieces. Shipping preparation begins once final approval is received from the client.
